We’re Peaches and Peanut.  We’re older than some of the bunnies around here, but that just makes us better for a quiet home that is hoping for calm, relaxed bunnies rather than those crazy teenagers.

We were born in 2002 or so, but we still have some good years of love left in us, and we hope that someone with a lot of room in their hearts will give us a chance.  We are good bunnies about a litter box, once you learn a few tricks of the trade.  Our foster mom says she’ll be happy to tell our new mom what she learned when she worked with us.

We live right now in a group of five bunnies—our foster mom told us that it would help us exercise, because we were a bit plump before.  Although we’re fine just the two of us, we might  also do very, very well in a trio with another calm bunny who has just lost a mate.

Here’s a little bit more about us from our foster mom: Peaches, the Dutch bunny, is on her second visit to Bunny Magic.  She was adopted to keep Peanut company a few years back.  They were both well-loved, but their family life was pretty unsettled—their family moved 5 times in 5 years, and when the 6th move came along, it just wasn’t possible for the bunnies to move again, so they came back with us.  Peanut is the braver of the two, although Peaches will soon follow.  Neither is very dominant with the bunnies in their pen.

Because this is a senior pair participating in the long-term resident program, their adoption fee is $75.
