I’m Palmer, a chocolate mini rex. I was born in Fall 2006. I was originally bought when I was a few months old as a pet for a ten-year old, but that didn’t go so well. I don’t like to be handled very much, which makes sense because I was not neutered, and had a lot of energy as a teenager. Like many rabbits, I’m happiest when all four of my feet are solidly on the ground. I’m beginning to calm down now, but I still should probably only be adopted by adults, or rabbit-experienced older children who understand taking the time to build a relationship. I will say that I have really learned that head rubs are a good thing, and I do like those now! Plus mini-rexes can be more fragile and do better with bigger hands providing more support. I am very good at using my litter box.
