Gwennie was just returned to an area kill shelter in Jan 2010 after being adopted by a young man as a gift for his girlfriend a year ago. The girlfriend went to college but couldn't keep her at school and her family wouldn't allow her to keep the rabbit at home so she went back to the boyfriend who couldn't keep her in his apartment. Thus she ended up close to death's door back in the shelter. She very pretty, is about 2 1/2 yrs. old. Likes to sit next to people she knows to be petted, although like most rabbits isn't fond of being held. She has had a rough time and really deserves a loving forever home.
